Tom Weiss is running for the House of Representatives as an independent democrat, a write-in candidate for the open seat in New York's 11th Congressional District, which consists of all of Staten Island and part of Brooklyn. Mr. Weiss is very concerned about health care and education, as well as affordable housing. He is determined to press for an improvement in services in all of these areas.
